The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) performed a survey from March 12, 2020 to March 16, 2020. The survey revealed that 31% of U.S. small businesses say that they can fully operate remotely. From the same survey, 33% of small businesses say that none of their processes can be done remotely.

SHRM survey - The 67% of small businesses that can potentially operate remotely to some degree represents just over 20 million small businesses. But, only 9 million businesses have stated that they can completely operate remotely.
