Nous Savons ℠ is built upon three pillars: learning, readiness, and action. Our core philosophy is that knowledge should be free flowing and always be accessible to those who could use it at the time of need.

Also, about the site name, the phrase “nous savons” means “we know” in French. 

A word from the founder

Hi, I'm Andre. I founded Nous Savons, LLC because I believe that an organization's efforts at continuous improvement requires an intimate relationship between how it operates and what is knows. Idealistic? Sure. But, it can be done with intentional and persistent effort. I hope this site makes the process easier for all knowledge workers, wherever and whomever they may be.

For more than 12 years, I worked in the IT department of a post-secondary institution; I know precisely the challenges and opportunities that exist in such a dynamic environment. Additionally, my commitment to learning is evidenced by my educational background:
